People are often intrigued by the range of people I’ve coached and consulted with over the past 3 decades. I definitely have a “framework” for coaching as is mentioned in the article below however, there may be one thing that contributes more to coaching success than my proven areas of expertise and results with ultra-successful people in a wide range of fields.
I have found that when the person being coached believes to their core that his or her coach is truly there to help them succeed not just uncover their weaknesses or prove their own cleverness, the process as well as the partnership has a real chance to succeed.
